A transgender artist’s emotional journey as she falls in love with one of her more mysterious students.

Our primary focus is on the LGBTQ+ community. This story attempts to normalize the experiences of the characters and subtly express the everyday struggles of characters like Layla, who identifies as lesbian and transgender and Jing, who is an outsider, an immigrant, as well as a sex worker.

However, ultimately, the core of ‘Solitude’ is about loneliness, the topic that resonates with all walks of lives.
